Part one of a unique, two-part training facility.
In 2016, Canadian Natural Resources (previously Shell Oil), decided to move ahead with their fire training plan. This was a two-part plan that included a comprehensive, four-story training building and an aircraft rescue firefighting prop.
Phase one of this structure includes:
- Eight modular containers in a four-story configuration
- Two burn rooms (on levels one and three)
- Four-story tower
- Steel forcible entry door
- Search maze with split movable walls
- BBQ patio deck
- 5000 lb rappel
- Standpipe and sprinklers
- RIT hatches
